Ingredients:
1 C Dairy Free Milk (Unsweetened Almond, Coconut, Soy or Blend)
1/2 large ripe banana
1/2 c baby spinach or kale
1/4 ripe avocado
1/2 english cucumber
1 tsp fresh cut peeled ginger
1 Tbls organic hemp seeds
1/2 Tbls organic chia seeds 1/2 C ice
Instructions:
1.) Start with dairy free milk as base and add ice next, then remaining ingredients to Vitamix* or blender and mix on medium-high speed until smooth, green, and blended well.
2.) Serve cold, garnish with fresh pineapple, and enjoy!

English cucumbers: slightly more sweet, contain less seeds, making ti easier to digest (because the seeds contain cucurbitacin, a chemical compound that makes regular cucumber more difficult to digest), and they do not have the wax coating traditional cucumbers have also.
